Page 1 Baroness Scotland QC's letter to MP Fraser Kemp. Amongst evidence supplied by Mr Kemp was a copy of my signed statement of truth setting down some of the crimes used against me by former recorder John H Fryer-Spedding ( more information to follow later regarding this letter) . The contents of this letter should be of great concern to all those who might have believed that the UK justice system was credible. Baroness Scotland has totally ignored the judicial crimes reported to her by MP Fraser Kemp.
