Below is copied the Order made by District Judge Bailey on the 16^th of December 2002. It is to allow the possession of my home and land by as yet un-convicted criminal Miss Shirley Carr who is employed as a National Insurance Inspector. If the slightest element of justice had been at work in these matters Carr should long ago have been serving a prison sentence for the massive serious fraud that she has used against me. DJ Bailey had been provided with facts and evidence that Carr and others, including members of his profession had used fraud and acts that were clearly intended to pervert the course of justice. Corrupt members of his own profession sitting at both the Durham and Newcastle County Courts are still being protected by the police and the corrupt establishment. When I first saw Bailey's order my first reaction that he was possibly sick. Then the second impression was that no, evil knows no bounds!
