Below is a copy of the letter that I received from the Durham District Land Registry dated the 19th of December 2002. It was in response to the letter written in the hand of Land Registry solicitor Mr Peed. He is an acquaintance of my other next door neighbour Mr R Manwaring, a former bank manager. Mr Manwaring stands to gain from the cover up of fraud used by Shirley Carr at HM Land Registry. He had previously expressed and interest in buying part of the land that Shirley Carr has been allowed to steel from me. Carr had already been allowed the use of massive fraud by judges at both the Durham and Newcastle County Courts. That fraud has been ignored by both Durham and Northumbria Police forces.
