Under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984, the Northumbria Police Authority are duty bound to refer my allegations and complaints to another police force for investigation, but as is shown below, it would seem that the Authority are not aware of the Act. By knowingly failing to do their duty, they become guilty of the crime of misconduct in public office that can carry with it a seven year prison sentence. In any event, a Deputy Chief Constable cannot investigate his boss, i.e. The Chief Constable. What were the Northumbria Police Authority up to?
