Copied below is a letter dated the 14th of March 1995 that I sent to the manager of the Durham County Court who was then a Mr I. Cuthbertson. It is relevant that in my reference to Alison Stott solicitor I did not know then that she was only assisting Shirley Carr and was not her advocate. In January of 1996 solicitor Stott declared to the Newcastle County Court that up until that time she had not been acting for Carr but had only been assisting her. That declaration was made before then recorder John Fryer-Spedding and others including barrister Michelle Temple and is backed up by affidavits sworn in reference to it which were supplied to the Durham County Court. This is all part of the deception used against me which still remains protected by in the circumstances equally corrupt police officers. It reminds me of the poem…Oh what a tangled web you weave when you practice to deceive. Deception was one of the least crimes that was used against me in my actions to try to obtain justice.
The important files which I needed for the cases given in the letter below that Nancy Bone solicitor withheld from me were never returned to me until long after the unlawful trial before then recorder John H Fryer-Spedding. It did not happen until Nancy Bone was struck from the register of solicitors for misconduct in other cases.
