Here is the affidavit of solicitor Paul Graney dated 9th April 1995. He swore it when he was confronted with the evidence to show that he had used fraud and perjury to make an entry on the Durham District Land Registry. Detective sergeant McGann and detective constable Storey refuse to accept the evidence of Graney's fraud and would not act on it. That has been the same situation throughout. Inspector Atkinson of Northumbria Police stationed at Washington Police Station, Tyne-Wear refused to accept the evidence of it around two years ago. Detective Inspector Gibson stationed at Durham Constabulary Headquarters refused ton the 27th of December 2002 to accept the evidence published here.
