Copied below is the statutory declaration sworn by solicitor Paul Graney. The letters shown dated the 12th and 16th of February 1988 proved that what Graney had sworn was untrue. More importantly he would have known that the information was untrue at the time he swore it on the 26th of April 1988. When solicitor Alison Stott forwarded on a copy of Graney's statutory declaration to me it then became apparent that he had sworn false information in it. His statutory declaration had been used to lodge a caution at HM Durham District Land Registry in the matter of land subject of case NE401650. When I sent solicitor Stott copies of Graneys letter's of the 12th and 16th of February 1988 she simply kept quiet about it instead of reporting that matter to the authorities as here position as an officer of the Courts required.. Shirley Carr was also aware at that time that solicitor Graney had used perjury and fraud in his statutory declaration. They were also both aware that Graney's statutory declaration sworn on the 26th of April 1988 had been used to lodge a caution on the land subject of case NE401650. That entry on the Durham District Land Registry had been obtained by the use of solicitor Paul Graney's fraud and perjury. They both used it to pecuniary advantage .to assist in making me bankrupt. Last week 21st of January 2003, Mr Patrick Timothy was sent a copy of Graney's statutory declaration showing that he had used fraud and perjury to make an entry on the Durham District Land Registry. I still await a reply from Mr Patrick Timothy regarding the documents supplied to him relative to Graney's use of fraud and his admission that he had used it to make a fraudulent entry on the Durham District Land Registry.. Five copies of documents showing the use of Graney's fraud were also placed before recorder John H Fryer-Spedding. He like Northumbria and Durham Constabulary simply ignored it. They ignored it even after Graney agreed to his use of fraud. Detective Inspector Gibson of Durham Constabulary refused to accept this evidence on the 27th of December 2002. On that same day Inspector Atkinson also refused to accept any evidence whatsoever in the matter of my complaints of the use of serious fraud having been used against me. About two years ago Inspector Atkinson again refused to accept from me a large dossier of evidence of the fraud that had been used against me in the matter of cases DH400950, DH400898 and NE401650. At that time he alleged that the Home Office had instructed him not to accept it the fraud had been used in civil matters and was therefore not a police matter. That was absolute rubbish. Detective sergeant McGann and detective constable Storey then stationed at Houghton-le-Spring Police Station on March 3, 1995 also refused to accept the evidence of Graney's fraud. They too said that it was not a police matter as it had been used in a civil case. Absolute rubbish again. They advised that my wife and I should approach Graney with the evidence of his perjury and fraud. When we did that he agreed to swear his affidavit of the 9th of march 1995 effectively agreeing that he had used fraud to make an entry on the Durham District Land Register. Complaints against these police officers have been placed before both Durham and Northumbria Police on the 20th of January 2003. At present they have not contacted me and appear to be simply sitting on the situation. Both Shirley Carr and solicitor Alison Stott still walk free.
