Below is copied page 2 of solicitor Alison Stott's letter dated the 6th of February 1995. Of particular not is the fact that she had a copy of solicitor Paul Graney's statutory declaration of the 26th of April 1988 where in it he swore perjured information. Solicitor Paul Graney's statutory declaration could only have been given to Stott by Shirley Carr. At the time Carr came into possession of Graney's statutory declaration she would without any doubt have been aware that what had been sworn by Graney was false. Mr and Mrs Green would also have been aware of that fact as well. It would have been Mr and Mrs Green who supplied Graney's perjured statutory declaration to Shirley Carr and they too would have known the information that Graney had sworn was also false. They were all aware that Graney's statutory declaration had been used to lodge a caution at HM Durham District Land Registry. That land became the subject of case NE401650 where I was falsely alleged to have been a trespasser on it by National Insurance Inspector Shirley Carr.
Solicitor Stott's apparent comprehension of the law in what she writes below was seriously flawed.
