Below is copied my statutory declaration sworn in my support of the joint tittle held by me and my father, now deceased. It like my fathers had not been stamped as an exhibit when a copy of it was handed to Kevin Kerrigan then representing Shirley Carr. It is now almost certain that Shirley Carr had used those statutory declarations, or one of them to unlawfully register the land subject of case NE401650 on the 12 of July 1994. See the reasons for this on the next page containing my late fathers statutory declaration. Carr could not have lawfully registered a possessory title to land subject of case NE401650 under any circumstances whatsoever.
