Carr had sworn that it was the Green's who were responsible for the drainage work on their property in February 1988 when in fact it was she who had been responsible for it. This was material perjury conveniently ignored by the courts and then recorder John H Fryer-Spedding. I had taken part in the Nolan Enquiry into Freemasonry within the Police and Judiciary and that I think was very significant to the organised crime used against me. The police and judiciary are well known to have considerable membership of Freemasonry amongst them.

Go to Carr's sworn statement that Mr & Mrs Green were responsible for the drainage work that was carried out on No 16 in February of 1988, which the letter copied below was further perjury used by her.

Go to further evidence showing Carr's deliberate use of perjury when she swore on May 12 1994 that the Green's were responsible for the drainage work that was carried out on No 16 The Lyons in February of 1988

Go to perjury sworn by then solicitor Mr John Paul Graney.

Below is copied an extract from an affidavit sworn by Shirley Carr. Carr agrees that she was aware that she knew that the Green's had attempted to sell the property without making it known that it was without drains. In her affidavit Carr further swears that it was the Green's who were responsible for connecting No. 16 to the main public drains when in fact evidence shows hit was her.
