This is part of the available evidence of extensive perjury used by National Insurance Inspector Shirley Carr. She had falsely sworn in her affidavit of May 12 1994 that it Mr & Mrs Green who were responsible for the drainage work on No. 16 the Lyons. The back of Carr's property still remains without drains today and the flooding of the rear of my property caused by it still continues. Judges have ordered that Carr be allowed to continue to flood the rear of my property thus breaching law and ignoring the very material evidence of Carr's perjury that she used in her defence against my actions against her under case DH400950 and indeed the others.
Police have this and further evidence of Carr's perjury but have failed in their duty to act on it. This is a breach of my rights under the European Human Rights Convention and amounts to the crime of misconduct in public office by those police officers who are ignoring the crime that they have been made aware of that has been used against me.
