This is part of the available evidence of extensive perjury used by Shirley Carr. She had falsely sworn in her affidavit of May 12 1994 that it Mr & Mrs Green who were responsible for the drainage work on No 16 the Lyons. The back of Carr's property still remains without drains. John H Fryer-Spedding ordered that Carr be allowed to continue to flood the rear of my property thus breaching law and ignoring the very material evidence of criminal Carr's perjury that she used in her defence against my actions against her. Both Durham and Northumbria Police have this and other evidence but have failed in their duty to act on it. This is the sort of thing Masonic Mafia controlled/influenced police are expected to do. It is a serious problem throughout the UK.
