Shirley Carr had sworn that it was the Green's who were responsible for the drainage work on their property in February 1988 when in fact it was her who had been responsible for it. This was material perjury conveniently ignored by the Judiciary. I had taken part in the Nolan Enquiry into Freemasonry within the Police and Judiciary ( House of Commons Home Affairs Select Committee Enquiry). On hindsight, there should have been a government health warning for my having done this.

Go to Carr's sworn statement that Mr & Mrs Green were responsible for the drainage work that was carried out on No 16 in February of 1988, which the letter copied below was further perjury used by her.

Go to further evidence showing Carr's deliberate use of perjury when she swore on May 12 1994 that the Green's were responsible for the drainage work that was carried out on No 16 The Lyons in February of 1988 that was months before Shirley Carr was to purchase that property with Thomas Mccabe a former boyfiend. Though this evidence must have been blatantly obvious to the judges, its clear that they failed to take it into consideration. Their reasons would seem to be very obvious.
