Order made at the Durham County Court on the 11th of August 1994. It will be seen that cases DH400950, DH400898 and NE401650 have still not been subject of consolidation and nor was any application for there consolidation made after the 1st of June 1994. The order states that case DH400898 was suitable for trial and not for arbitration as had previously been said. Recorder John H Fryer-Spedding lied when he falsely claimed that the actions had been subject of consolidation and tried the cases as a single case thus causing me serious damage as I had prepared my cases as separate actions.
