My father and I had title to the land subject of case NE401650 long before we fenced it off on the 15th of February 1994 as our statutory declarations describe. One we had fenced off our land then any adverse possession by anyone else came to an end. Shirley Carr had no title whatsoever to the land and could not show any title to it in a lawful way. Instead she used fraud to register it in her name on the 12th of July 1994 and then kept quiet about it to me and the courts throughout until it came to light at the Durham District Land Registry on the 6th of December 2002.

It was not included in the judges bundles ready for trial that Shirley Carr unlawfully prepared. She left out other important documents from them as well. She had been practising the use of fraud against me right out the outset in March of 1994. Recorder John H Fryer-Spedding is shown to have assisted her with that as his approved transcript of judgement shows. Why did he carry out acts that were clearly meant to pervert the course of justice? Does he know the harm and damage that he has caused to me? Has he indeed any conscience because of it. I hold these evil people responsible for the death of my father within hours of Carr making me bankrupt by the use of her serious fraud detailed on these pages.
